The Highlands Condominiums sadly were destroyed by a forest fire in late November 2016. The Home Owners Association has insufficient funds to rebuild and is selling the Property.
The three parcel, 6.113 acre property is being offered on fee simple land that is entitled for condominium use, and is currently zoned R-2 (medium-density residential)

This middle Google satellite photo on this page is how the property now appears after the fire with some demolition work, and the bottom site map photo describes the Highlands, the 77 units within, and unit sizes prior to the fire.
The Highlands were built in four phases. The property is bordered on three sides by the Smoky Mountain National Park and near the Gatlinburg by-pass. The property is well located with spectacular views and with more than one way to drive to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and the National Park. Each unit had an open view of Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains National Park.
